4 October is Harvest Fast Day
Please check the Fast Day collection dates are in your parish diary. Ask your parish priest if you can speak at Mass to support the collection, ideally on the weekends of 28-29 September or 5-6 October.
If you are also willing to visit other parishes to speak about CAFOD, do let your local CAFOD Community Participation Coordinator know.
